Heat Pack - Lower back/ stomach

I am often asked for a rice pack for the lower back or stomach. The pack/ bag is designed with 8 or 10 compartments of rice to distribute evenly when in use. The 8 size is sm/ med, and the 10 size is for large. Size 8 measures 37cm wide x 26 cm deep. The 10 size measures 45cm wide x 26cm deep. 
Handmade in NZ, from quality cotton featuring vibrant or interesting prints. I can personalise to suit the recipient. Just ask me! 
The packs are filled with the preferred filler of rice, so no odour when heating. Suitable for those allergic to wheat. 
The pack can be used as a Heat Pack or a Chill Pack. Instructions come with the pack. 
Most people love the healing warmth of a pack/ bag or the relief from a chill pack?!
